We stayed here in 2013 during October. The staff where wonderful, friendly and very helpful when giving directions and calling cabs for us. We plan on visiting Salem again this October but unfortunately they are already completely booked so we must stay elsewhere. We do plan on attending their Halloween party - which sounds like a howling good time.
Beautiful and ornate hotel right in the heart of Salem, Massachusetts. Staff is very friendly. Food is amazing. Try the brownie sundae if you still have room after dinner. :)
Very clean hotel . Very comfortable beds. Enjoyed our visit and our meals were awesome also. Very friendly staff.
We had an amazing lunch in the tavern with our two kids (under two). The bartender/waiter could not have been any nicer or accommodating. My son even snuck into the ballroom to have a quick dance on the dance floor, where we got married three years ago.
