Verified Renter Easy move in, cute neighborhood, best price for space in the area. Close to many shops and the beach, and not far from downtown. Monique and Jason in the leasing office are a pleasure to speak with. Happy to be living here.

Verified Renter Nice place to live at. The lofts have the perfect amount of space for just me. Community stays nice and quiet while still being close to everything in town.
Verified Renter Great workers they are very lovely people kind and they listen and very sweet Thank you To Jason and Monique really great work you are lucky to have them

Verified Renter Honestly it’s been pretty good since we have moved here. Everyone is really nice. There was something wrong with our a/c when we moved in. But they got it fixed for us the same day.
