Verified Renter If I could give a half star I would. This place is impossible. My next neighbor I’ve had to call the cops on him and have told the office this so many times. They didn’t listen. They’re bugs EVERYWHERE. Bugs we did not bring with us. They do not call pest control and will fine you if you ask them too. The maintenance only calls once a month and barely comes back when we need them to. It’s not a good place to live. Not to mention. Verified Renter Honestly it’s been pretty good since we have moved here. Everyone is really nice. There was something wrong with our a/c when we moved in. But they got it fixed for us the same day.

Verified Renter My apartment has a bug problem. They have sprayed once but still see bugs. My toilet runs all the time. I think the flap is bad. I have damage blinds from the previous tenants.

Verified Renter About the best I can really expect for a first apartment. Walls were unfinished when we moved in as well as hole leading into another apartment in laundry room. My bathroom exhaust fan has never worked since we moved in as well as lighting fixtures that have burnt out and shotty electrical work. Kind of our fault cause we haven’t put in any work orders but we never really tried after we were told they would be coming to finish the issues in the apartment before we moved in.
