Verified Renter Easy and staff very informative and helpful. So far so good. Place is quiet, near so many places in walking distance and best of all friendly neighbors. So far a great experience.
Verified Renter Needs visitor parking so residents can park in front of their apartments without issues, washers and dryers in the laundry facility were dirty so I wash my clothes elsewhere, bugs are an issue regardless of cleanliness, decent rent price and opt out option for security deposit are the upsides.
