We found a home! Everyone has been great, and made moving in so easy. It has been a quiet neighborhood, and we even meet some upstairs neighbors. We look forward to living here, and meeting more neighbors.

Worst place ever Worst place I have ever lived. Our neighbor has been harassing us for months. Left a note saying he will continue to throw shoes at our ceiling because of our “noise”. We are constantly woken up by the neighbors above us and it’s them making all the noise, but we are getting harassed. The office said they would post noise complaints and still to this day has done nothing. They are rude and dismissive of the issue. I don’t feel safe here. Recommend I had been searching for apartments for a min and the lofts were fairly priced and looked like a good choice. The staff is very helpful and does what they can to help get you in and comfortable.

Best/Safest Cozy Apt Complex! I haven't ever lived in an apartment until now, and I picked the best place! Our new Manager Doris is fantastic and top-notch. The Maintenance Expert Marcus is terrific, Sonada is very welcoming, and we LOVE living here! My kids and I feel so safe and love our apt. The pool is always beautiful and so are the grounds and dog park. So close to everything! So thrilled about where we live.

Close to so many shops! I love living here because its close to so much shopping. I've been here for a few years and have always had the best experience with the office staff, they rock!
Such a great location! Super conveinent access to Target and Market street! Not too far from downtown either! I love the loft apartment here, its so cute and cozy. The office team is fabulous and always happy to help with anything I need.

Perfect! This is the perfect location! Walking distance to Target and so many restaurants!! My two bedroom is huge and perfect for my family. I could not be any happier.
Poor. I rate this complex as poor solely on the fact that there is a ridiculous amount of roaches that are in my apartment even though I have been informed that exterminators come in. They are no help and I am extremely unsatisfied because of this.
