Verified Renter Wasn’t sure if a loft would work for me at first since it’s only 500 sq ft, but I just passed a year and I’ve grown to love the floor plan! It’s very open and having the high vaulted ceilings prevent me from feeling cramped. The vinyl plank flooring (not the thin sheet vinyl) is extremely durable as well! The skylight is a nice touch in the bedroom area upstairs.

Verified Renter Despite the Apartment complex spraying, and myself spraying for bugs, they are a continuous problem for my apartment. The maintenance is can be slow unless it is a critical repair.
