I have lived here since December of 2016. The apartments and community are kept in good, clean condition; anytime this is not the case, it is usually the fault of residents and not the community staff themselves. Maintenance has always resolved issues in a timely manner, same can be said for the Community managers/staff. Managers/staff have changed a few times in the 15 months I've lived here, but I never had a major issue with any one of them - all very kind, professional, and attentive. Anna was amazing but this new person is AWFUL! Terrible to people, and doesn't listen to situations that the people have about the complex, who live there .
For the love of god please do not move to these apartments. I just moved out not too long ago and they SUCK. Maintenance never fixes anything and the "manager" is beyond rude, she's not understanding and will literally talk bad about other tenants to other residents. So many leading consultants have left because of her and people have also left because of her. They need to bring Anna back because she was a good manager that actually cared about her residents.
