We have lived at Hawthorne at the Ridge for almost 2 years and have nothing but good things to say about it. I love the community events that are always going on. The office staff is super friendly and personable. And getting maintenance work done is a breeze! We have created great relationships with Mallory, Taylor, & Kelly that my daughter asks to talk to them on a daily basis. We love the playground, pool and pet park too!
Great staff they are always so friendly and eager to help as soon as you step into the property. Club house is very clean and updated. You feel like you are at a vacation resort when at the pool instead of smack dab in the middle of Madison city.
Today I contacted Hawthorn at the Ridge by phone to see what types of amenities they provided and what their pet policy is. I spoke with a lady named Ms. Taylor she was extremely helpful and took her time explaining to me the awesome amenities they offer. I honestly didn't expect her to be so helpful! I can't wait to see the apartments in-person and finally meet Ms. Taylor face to face!

The community is amazing. The apartments are close to everything you need (5 minutes to research park, Walmart, bridgestreet and 11 minutes to downtown Huntsville) with the benefits of being in Madison. The property is well kept. The leasing staff and managers are great and really helpful plus fun to talk to and hang out with.
