RecommendedWe’ve loved living at Hawthorne. Mallory and staff have gone above and beyond to make us comfortable. Our dog loves the park and being around so many other dogs. Moving to Hawthorne has been the best decision we’ve made!
I have lived here since Febuary of 2020. The staff has been amazing to work with. The apartment was in very good condition and very clean when I moved in. I had a couple small things I wanted maintnace to fix (ice maker, garbage disposal, loose faucet handle) so I put in a maintenance request and it was fixed within 24 hours of submitting the request. I recommend anyone to stay here. They have great amenities from a dog park, to the picnic area, a gym, swimming pool, computer lab and even a car washing port. I have never had any experiences with hearing my neighbors, which is a big thing for me because I love my peace. Management and staff are always professional, if you ever have a concern they are prompt to solving your situation in a timely manner it doesn’t take them weeks or months to assist you like some other places that I’ve stayed at. Office staff and maintenance is super nice. Reasonably priced apartments, good location, and nice amenities. I would recommend the complex and have to several friends!!
The employees at Hawthorne is nice and friendly and is always happy. So is the maintenance guys . Love how the food trucks come. Trying different kinds of food from the food truck. Also the activity that is coming up about the painting the pumpkin.sounds like fun. All the different contests. The employees always have a smile on there face and try to answer any question that you have been in the best way they can
The Amenities, the staff, the location... Hawthorne is WONDERFUL if you want comfortable and peaceful living, beautiful scenery throughout the complex(and surrounding area)and they LOVE OUR FURBABIES!!! I am currently on my 2nd lease!
I moved into Hawthorne this weekend. I had toured several apartments before making this commitment. Kelly made the choice very simple. She has been so easy to work with. They have made every effort possible to make my move in comfortable. I honestly feel like I could live here a long time. So far all of my neighbors seem quiet. The grounds seem well-kept. The management and maintenance team are excellent. They are prompt with maintenance issues which are few. They are great at the upkeep of all the amenities and facilities. They are friendly and will always greet you with a smile and wave. I am proud to be apart of this complex. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place. The apartments are really nice and spacious.
