Today I submitted a WO to have my bathtub fixed bc it has not been draining since last Friday. I tired to resolve the issue on my own and went out and purchased Drano to fix the clog, it was unsuccessful. I reached out today to have someone come and fix it and they told me not until tomorrow so functioning bathtubs are optional and for that I’m unable to take a shower with a bath tub full of water isn’t a Priority. I visited Hawthorne at the Ridge for their annual pop-up show this year & they were phenomenal. The complex was super clean, the office was emasculate & the staff was super professional! I’d definitely recommend these apartments!
