RecommendedWow! What can I say about this place. I don’t move in until September 2nd but the experience I’ve had so far from the touring of the place to getting ready to move in has been nothing short of amazing and professional. The people are friendly and the the whole apartment complex is clean and neighborhood friendly. I love that they even have a place for my fur babies to play. This place is a jewel! I’m going to love it here!

I love love love this property I have been a resident here since 2017 & everyone on the property is fantastic. Mallory, Kelly and Taylor are the best every time I call they help me right away I’ve never had anyone be rude to me. The maintenance guys get things fixed right away without hesitation. The maintenance guys helped me move my mattress and box springs in my apartment when I was 35 weeks pregnant with no help. I can say I have no complaints from my 3 years on the property. I feel at home at Hawthorne at the Ridge! I love the location and how close it feels to everything. Publix is just down the road! The package pick up is so nice when you order a ton of packages like me. The gym is always clean. All in all, Hawthorne feels very safe and comfortable!!

Hawthorne at the Ridge is a great place to live for a decent price. It has a convenient location in Madison. It is near a Public and Walgreens, and it is close to Bridge Street. The community is overall friendly and safe. There is always plenty of parking, the pool and gym are very clean, the apartments are spacious, there are plenty of outdoor activities and they even have food trucks that come. We absolutely love it here so many great amenities to use especially the pool and girl on a nice summer hot day. Oh also the coffee bar is a huge bonus.
They have a great staff and the property is always being improved.
