Modality is appalling ! They appear to want to make you fill in their 30-odd page form (which is repetitive, time consuming and often irrelevant ) in order to get something simple I can buy on Ebay ! I believe this is a strategy to get the patient to treat themselves and save the NHS money ! My advice :- do your research online and treat yourself ! You will save time and a whole world of pain and frustration !
Appalling. Tried to make an appointment for an elderly relative regarding a possible lump on their breast - only to be told it isn't urgent and to fill in an on line application form and wait for a call back!
Was an alright GP for a long time but ever since modality took over you can’t get an appointment in any reasonable space of time. The forms take ages to fill out as well, and are just a waste of time. The system they have set up and put into place seriously and negatively impacted it.
The doctors at this place, have been ever so helpful for me in the past 5 years I've been registered here. Lovely staff an Dr nadia tariq was so helpful and patient with me yesterday as I was in alot of pain with my back and couldnt stop crying. Feeling loads better today, so thankyou to the staff at haworth medical practice 🌟
I turned up for my appointment this morning only to be told my appointment was at Kilmeny surgery. The appointment confirmation text clearly stated Haworth Medical Practice and I didn't receive any further texts saying the surgery had been changed. This is really poor. I was told I have to go through the faff of making another appointment online as the receptionist couldn't make an appointment for me. I'd give it zero stars if I could!
