I would never take any of my animals anywhere else. John, the vet is wonderful and has cared brilliantly for Mabel,my rather complex cats needs for the past 3.6 years. He’s always at the end of a phone for reassurance and will see me quickly if it’s really necessary. I like the fact that he’s direct, with a good sense of humour and he’s never tried to sell me lots of expensive drugs and treatments. It’s a pleasure to see a proper ‘old school’ vet with years of experience who knows what’s what.

I called them today as found a deceased cat at the end of my drive and they said I could take it to them to check if it was chipped but I would then have to bring it back and put it where I found it!! (I did call another vet in Winchester who were happy to keep it and ensure it was managed effectively) Not impressed with their cold and unfriendly service at this vets
