RecommendedI have lived in Hawkspointe Apartments for over 5 years and let me just say that the maintenance staff and the leasing office staff are amazing!! Especially Teddy and Jason!! Really kind and are always on top of things! If your looking for an affordable place to live and friendly people around this is the place! Highly recommend!!!!
Great place to live very happy the staff is wonderful and lots of things to do like caramel days and lots of treats love it ...

Great living space, nice people and nice area
DO NOT SIGN HERE. I just moved in 3 days ago and was astonished at what I moved into. There were at least 4 holes in the wall and kitchen cabinets where mice have chewed through, no dishwasher, and no garbage disposal. All of the cabinets are put on improperly and they don’t even fit right in the kitchen. My closet is falling to pieces, there’s a water heater (which is covered with filth) inside of my bedroom with a door that doesn’t even shut so i’m sure mice will come from there too. The customer service when talking to someone on the phone is super helpful, community areas are always clean. Great place to live as it’s extremely close to campus and a good way to meet new people! Wonderful place to live for college students, so book your apartment tour today!
