* AVOID THIS AGENCY * Terrible tenanancy experience. When we moved in, we got to the apartment, and wasnt clean, all dirty and not ready to be ocupied. 1 year later, they came with a bunch of lies about the increase of the rents, bla bla and tried to implement us with an extra 200£ extra per month. We managed to make it an extra 100£ per month, and then they sent a letter by mistake to our address directed to the landlord, almost like celebrating that they managed to get more money out of us as they said 'well above as requi... read more
Avoid this Agency! Horrible customer service! They are not helpful at all!
I have been using these guys since 2012! first class service from Sandip, Jasmine and Alex. You really can not ask for more! The service provided is priceless.
