Dale was awesome! Very pleased with my purchase. I was in and out in one day, very smooth process. Although the day after I did purchase my vehicle the service engine light came on. I contacted Hawkins, they got me in the next day, ordered the parts and a few days later it was fixed at no charge! A little upsetting but I was pleased with how polite they were about it.
Awesome customer service, Dale was great! We are loving our Equinox that we purchased from Hawkins!
