I had an issue with the tonneau cover purchased with our truck. The service and parts department went over and above to make it right. Thank you.
Tom Hawkins was so wonderful with helping my husband and I with choosing a vehicle. The staff at Hawkins are so easy going, friendly, and always are happy to answer questions. If I could give them a higher rating, I totally would. Thank you so much!
Dale was awesome! Very pleased with my purchase. I was in and out in one day, very smooth process. Although the day after I did purchase my vehicle the service engine light came on. I contacted Hawkins, they got me in the next day, ordered the parts and a few days later it was fixed at no charge! A little upsetting but I was pleased with how polite they were about it.
Awesome customer service, Dale was great! We are loving our Equinox that we purchased from Hawkins!
Overall good experience. Would suggest going to Hawkins to a friend.
