Everything statted out fine when buying our truck from them but then when it came down to getting the tabs for plates we were told that they were mailed out on a Saturday when come to find out they were mailed out on following Monday. Now its the date of temp plates to expire and we have still not recieved new tabs. Hoping are here tomorrow so we can drive truck without getting stopped for expired tabs.

He had them on his desk and planned to mail them out last Thursday, but he ended up in the hospital Wednesday night with internal bleeding and didn't get back to work until Monday, when he mailed them. Sorry about that. You should have them tomorrow, I hope.

Every time I bring my truck in, it is wonderful customer service and I am never worried about something being missed. Very kind, smart people that I trust!
I brought my car here for a detail, came to pick it up and it did not look as great as it should have for $120, I went back in and told them I was unsatisfied, they looked at me like I was dumb and took my car back over and brought it back still dirty. No apologies no sympathy nothing. Rude service.

I am sorry you feel you didn't get good service. Our detail department gets about the highest ratings of any of our departments, but we aren't perfect. My mom bought her car here a couple years ago and had a great deal, so I checked it out and this dealer was so helpful and such that I bought my new 2018 chevelet Silverado at a great price then others.
Bought a brand new Tahoe in 2002 there.Then came back last week and got a 2017 Acaida. The same saleperson which is Dale Splinter sold both vehicles to us. Very nice guy. The service there is awesome, everyone is so friendly. Great dealership.
