I need my air charged. So took to be charged. All good for like few days. And then it leaked out. We called them took it back it need a part that was costly. So good for 4 days and we had no air conditioning. And it is hot humid and nasty out. So called took back and they fixed for free. Also cleaned my dirty windows! Thanks Corey and the gang!
Went to the lot after hours when I got off work, found what I wanted and contacted Cade Hartwig who made the application for financing and getting the vehicle test driven so easy I thought maybe we had missed a step. We love our 2015 Chevy Equinox!
First time we stopped at Hawkins Chevrolet and glad we did. Ended up buying a 2016 Traverse. Troy Sunken was most helpful & friendly working with us. He took the time to explain some of the features and got us set up with On Star & with my wife's phone. Troy Sunken followed up with us to see if we had any questions after we made the purchase. Thanks everyone at Hawkins !
Drove 6 hrs on Dale's word and was pleasantly surprised that the truck was nicer than he described it. Very happy with my experience with this dealership. Thanks Dale!
Strong ownership and very caring of his customers .
