I now understand why Hawkins and Troy Sunken went out if their way to sell me my 2013 equinox....it had a used motor and it was front wheel drive. My own stupidity for trusting a cars salesmen. Luckily the ambulance can get to my house, I can't get out of my drive way!! Way to take advantage of a single mom, You got me good!!

My husband and I have been looking at a new SUV for me since my Audi took a crap. We’ve been talking with Hawkins Chevrolet for a few days now over a cute little suv they have. They honest to god have given such good customer service!! I’ve never seen anything like it! Just fantastic! They haven’t danced around any subject, they fix what you notice about a car. We were traveling to Iowa and had difficulty with our vehicle. Hawkins Chevrolet got our pickup up and running and we were on our way. Thank you very much for helping us out in a quick response. Everybody was so nice and helpful.

Recommended5 stars Nick Weisbeck did a great job responding promptly to all my questions. He offered me a fair price for my vehicle and coordinated a pick up 4 hours away! He was honest, didn’t play games and we both walked away happy. I will remember this for future purchases, sales, and trades. All and all great experience.
Picked up my 2015 GMC Sierra a couple weeks ago, Nick weisbeck helped me out, even before I made the 2 hour drive down to them nick had me on the phone right away letting me know everything will be ready for me when I get there. Once I was there, the test drive, trade in, and paperwork went really smooth and quick. Would definitely make the 2 hour drive again to pick up a truck there.
Terrible service department wouldn’t recommend to take anything there for a oil change and to fuses that told them where blown was 135 witch Could of had done at different dealership for half of that
