For a small town dealership I love the atmosphere. Great people there. Casey Simpson was great, she is such a great salesperson. I love how she goes over and above to get info on my vehicle. I’ve been meaning to write this review for quite awhile! We bought a car from Hawkins Chevy last summer (July 2019) and we have nothing but good things to say about them! We live in Sioux Falls and we looked everywhere within a 6 hour radius for a new car after mine was totaled. My husband spent a lot of time on the phone with Hawkins and they patiently answered his questions and got us all the information we needed. Make sure you check your vehicle after service is done and nothing extra is added and that everything is done properly. If you don't, you may end up with extra work done and things not done. Also, their estimated times are WAY off. Don't waste your time sitting around.
Friendly,...courteous,...they treat you pretty well. I went in to look at a brand new Chevy truck. I ended up buying it,...and having extras installed by the dealer. Casy was an exceptional sales as if she didn't know the answer....she would find it out. Everyone seems to smile and I like a place like that to treat you like your a part of their family. Next vehicle I buy will be from there...got a great deal,..great people....just feel at ease there.

Collision center is great to work with! Just kept me up to date everytime I stopped in to check on the progress! Jeff and Dylan who did the body work made it look absolutely amazing. And went it across the street to get realigned, Adam squeezed it in to get it back on the road with a perfect job! Plus, everyone there is extremely friendly and awesome to work with!
Do not go here!! They will take advantage of you told me my ball joints were bad! Mind you they wanted 1,800$ to replace them so I Replaced them myself the same night after they told me they were bad and they were not bad then sat and argued with me!!! DO NOT GO HERE The customer satisfaction does not exist here!!!!!
I can't say enough good things about Josh and the autobody shop crew...our trip was derailed by a deer that got my Jeep about 8pm, head on at Interstate speed, on a cold November day! (I've been told I hit it perfectly head on!) Being from South Dakota and hours away from home, tow truck dropped it at Hawkins, chatted with them the next morning and continued on our trip.
