Horrible Management – The park manager at our mobile home park is an agent to Hawkeye and she is very unprofessional, uncourteous, lazy and never available. She keeps raising our rent - this time twice in a year - which is illegal. She does absolutely nothing in the park and is never available. She works only 3 hours a day and has a full time assistant who deals with the resident's complaints all day long. She does not deserve to be park manager and should be removed from such position. Not a good buisness at all do not use. – They do not hold to there agreements. Assocciates enter property without permission.. if you want safity do not hire thease people.
