Hawkeye Mgmt & Green Valley Mobile Home Park – Wow! Clean parks (Twin Pines is very close to ours), a manager that truly cares about the overall well-being of the park and its tenants, maintenance crews who are constantly attending to the needs of the park and the mobile homes in it, and a management company who actually calls you back if you call them. My Experience With Hawkeye – I have had the pleasure of working with Hawkeye over the past several months and so far it has been a great experience. Every employee I have met has been pleasant and more than accommodating to help out in any way possible. Unlike other organizations who are often unavailable during the times when you need them most, Hawkeye has always been just one quick phone call away. I highly recommend them.
GOOD OLE HAWKEYE/ TWIN PINES MHP – I WAS AN EMPLOYEE OF ONE OF THE PARKS THAT THEY RUN AND LET ME TELL YOU THATS THE LAST THING THEY DO. FIRST OFF THEY LET GO THE BEST OFFICE MANAGER THEY HAD DUE TO A SELFISH EMPLOYEE ABOVE HIM. LETS TALK A LITTLE ABOUT HER SHES NOT A VERY FRIENDLY PERSON IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN SHE JUST WANTS TO MAKE PEOPLE SUFFER. Will steal an old lady's home!! – My grandmother has owned a trailer at a park for 20 years when 7 years ago, the wonderful HAWKEYE took over. My grandmother who can no longer live by herself had to move in with my mother, I then moved into the trailer to be closer so I could help care for her. After a year of living there, HAWEYE decided to EVICT me ( after we refused to sell the trailer to them ) because I was not on the 20 year old lease. great place to get screwed out of your money – what this bunch of a h ls they will cheat you every change all they care about is the all mightie dollar... they owe me $150. and have refused to give it to me
they will try to cheat you – i lived at cypress rv park since jan.of 2000 i had to put up a $150.00 deposit for electic and water i moved july 30 2009 now they have refused to give back my deposit do not trust them
Heartless Management Company – What a raw place to live and the people who manage the park meaning the Corperate peolpe,for one they have no feelings for the people who live here and fired a great Manager who got things done in this park that never got takin care of for years,we all beleive she was let go do to racialisum we really miss her so much.

WORST MANAGEMENT COMPANY AROUND! – This has to be one of the worst Management Companys for mobil home parks ever seen! They care only for what they can get from Park Owners, and don't care about what goes on in that park! The agent makes sure that the OWNER doesn't see her dirty work. The agent just fired the best on site management team that has been in place for a long time!
