If you've heard anything bad about hawkeye's management skills and decisions, you've heard wrong. Hawkeye hires skilled and kind people to run its parks, and the manager at my park is no acception. please take it from me that hawkeye makes its parks very nice places to live in.
No problems here at the twin pines park!! great manager, staff, i don't think hawkeye really needs to do anything more to enhance the living experience...great park!!
I never thought I would be so content living in a mobile home park, but I am! And so is my husband! Both of us are very happy living at the Green Tree mobile home park managed by Hawkeye. The staff is organized and efficient (not to mention so polite!) and very helpful and understanding. Hawkeye must be very picky when it hires its employees for its parks, because the ones that work here are a dime a dozen! Thank you for giving us a wonderful home, Hawkeye!
just wanted to say that im having a really nice time living here...peaceful, comfortable, good staff....hawkeye's a good management company. you'll be in good hands if you move into a park managed by them.
Very understanding staff! They are all nice and know how to do their job correctly, from what I can tell. I don't think hawkeye would hire anyone who doesn't meet their expectations, which are clearly high.
I just moved into Westwinds and really it is just so nice here. The staff is engaging and funny and extremely helpful...just all around great people! Hawkeye is more than capable of managing and handling a mobile home park, in that the condition of the park is just as lovely as the people who work there. :)
Awesome, welcoming staff! – My family has loved living in the park! Everyone welcomed us and they were all so friendly and easy to work with. We've had nothing but good experiences with it!
Hawkeye Management - a Terrific Company – I would like to thank the people at Hawkeye Management. My mother is a resident of one of the parks that you manage. She recently had a heart attack and fell behind in her rent. When I called to work out the past rent, I found these people to be so supportive. I was able to take care of everything with one meeting. I appreciate the professionalism of the the office agents. They were so helpful. Just wanted to thank them for everything. What an terrific company.
