Hawkeye does a pretty good job of making the park look nice and giving it a sort of homely atmosphere. I don't know if it's because I've lived here in Costa Mesa for a while, but I think that that's something hawkeye brings to all of its parks.
As I have moved over the years, I have stayed at two parks managed by hawkeye, Westwinds in oceanside and now Green Valley in Yucaipa. The staff at both parks is hard to beat by my experience with management of other mobile home parks that I have stayed at. Very engaging, always friendly..and the parks themselves aren't so shabby either! Smart management company!
Thank you hawkeye for all the things you do to keep the park in great shape!! and thank you for always being trustworthy and understanding with the rent...i've always had trouble keeping up with that :/ but hawkeye and the management here at the golden nugget park has been the most understanding!! thank you again for putting me, the tenant, first!
Since moving in to Twin Pines in Yucaipa, hawkeye has kept it clean and organized. The staff is always ready to help whenever you need it and always available to answer complaints, of which I haven't had that very many here!
Guess what...hawkeye asset management provides excellent management services...been a tenant here for a while now and everything's perfectly fine. great management company that just knows what tenants want in a mobile home park and how to keep them happy.
I wanted to tell Hawkeye that they are doing a very good job managing all of their parks, I am sure they work very hard to manage their parks, and to find good people to manage them, because I have had very few problems or complaints in my park.
Don't hesitate to move in to a park managed by Hawkeye, i've felt comfortable here from the first day!
Loving it here at Westwinds! i think hawkeye deserves to be praised for maintaining the quality of their parks and staff. Thank you, hawkeye, for giving me a great place to live!
I was really having trouble finding a good place to live that I could also afford...and i found it at the cypress mobile home park run by hawkeye. The staff was very cheery and the manager very helpful, which made moving in a lot easier. Now i have a great little home in a great park!
