Great Company – I have lived at Twin Pines Mobile Home Park for a number of years and have never had any problems with the management or with getting any repairs done at my space. There is another mobile home park just down the street that is run by the same management company and it appears to be kept clean and in good repair just like our park. I have had the misfortune of being late with my rent a few times over the years and they definitely will serve you with a notice to pay or move out when you’re late, but luckily tho... read more

Hawkeye Asset Management Professional and Helpful!!!! – The manager has been very helpful and responsive for the last two years that we've lived here. Even the smallest problems have been handled promptly and given me whatever help I needed. It is by far the best rental experience I've ever had. I would stay here forever if I could. The manager has been a dream and everyone in the office has been wonderful. A friend, also rents through Hawkeye Asset and has nothing but good things to say. I call it Home!!

HAWKEYE GREAT FOR PETS1 – I was a care provider for a resident at the Rancho La Vista Mobilehome Park in San Diego and the park let me keep my rescue dog which was technically not included in the rules. As you can imagine this was a huge relief for me. But not only that, when my client passed away, the management attended this resident's funeral; and worked with me so that I could make an orderly transition to another place to live!

Mobilehome Management – I want to let everyone know that Ponderosa Mobile Home Park in Costa Mesa is awesome! I have lived here for many years and through several different management companies and since Hawkeye Asset Management has been managing the park, it has improved immensely. They have really cleaned it up and they have employees that really seem to care. If you are in need of Mobilehome Park Management this is the group for you!

So you want to live in a mobile home park. Well I have the place for you. It is in the San Jacinto CA and it is called Tradewinds Mobile Lodge and it is managed by Hawkeye Asset Management. I have never had such nice place to call home. The park is quite and very clean and Donna, the manager is always on top of things. I was once a manager of a mobile home park myself and I know how management companies work and I have to say that Hawkeye Asset Management does it right! Give them your park and they will make you happy!

I am a resident of Cypress MHP. I have lived in several apartments and two mobile-home parks. Hawkeye Management is the best . The park is well maintained and Diane the manager is all ways helpful and takes imediate care of any problems. HAWKEYE is the Best. John

I have lived in Twin Pines Mobile Home Park for over 8 years. I am very happy here and the new park manager is great. She is always willing to help me with any questions or concerns I might have. If she doesn't have the answer she calls her supervisor at Hawkeye Asset Management and gets me the help I need. Also, the park looks great, kudos to the new maintenance staff and all their hard work.
