Peter & Josh did a superb job securing our mortgage. I was impressed with their communication, swift replies and updates. They were very quick throughout the entire process. The only thing that held us, was the proof of postal document. So make sure you have those ready when applying for mortgage. Correspondence should be no older than 3 months.
