Very good servicing and smile and happy people on there. I highly recommend to buy some stuffs from them.
Competitive prices, good range of radiators available and swift. However the radiators were unfortunately not packaged properly (all other radiators at other shops come with thick foam padding on the corners), such that the delivery guy dropped it inside my home and damaged the wooden flooring without compensation.
Have placed another order with Hawk Heating Supplies for Harvey Salt Block and again, just an excellent all round customer experience. It was delivered promptly and the driver called in advance to say that he was on the way. As I was not at home that day, he put the blocks in a safe area and covered the bags, so they didn't get wet. Really impressed with the level of service. I will definitely be ordering from them again. Many thanks.
I've placed 4 delivery orders of Harveys water softener salt and my parents have also placed 1 delivery order. All 4 orders were delivered rapidly, within a couple of days. The WhatsApp business account is also very responsive. The Harveys 2x4kg salt bags are the cheapest in Brent and Harrow. There isn't anyone that can price match Hawk Plumbing Supplies on water softener salt.
