Terrible service, did more damage than good, office stinks, dogshit everywhere... black ugly "SPARE" battery unsecured by HAWKS CLASSICs, got loose, caused fire... and new Bosch battery secured personally by me... and im not car specialist... i suggest AVOID them at ALL
left Air filter in a back boot, did not fit battery, got loose caught fire... all repaired worked failed, fuelk pumps do not work again after 30 miles... speakers fitted very badly (speakers and Radio were in the back, but somehow "specialists" from Hawks FIALED even to find them).... Amateurs, AVOID... should not be allowed even to touch cars...

Brought in my 1993 Fiat Panda for work done and the crew were incredibly helpful. I called six other garages prior to finding Hawks and they were the first to confidently be able to remedy the niggling issues the Panda had. I also commend Mike for keeping me updated throughout the process with phone calls about the state of play. They went the extra mile and knew my main goal was to get it over the line for its MOT which they organised and succeeded! Would recommend to anyone who needs expertise.
