Hired them to re-felt my shed's roof, promised with a 5-year warranty. Shortly after the job was done, a leak surfaced. Despite multiple attempts to reach out for a fix under the warranty, the company has shown a complete lack of professionalism and responsibility. They initially agreed to investigate but have since ignored all communication, blatantly disregarding their own warranty terms. Extremely disappointed with their service and unprofessionalism. Caution advised if considering their services.
