Rude staff especially the old woman. Avoid this practice
Very rude old lady on the phone.
I had an appointment yesterday and felt like the doctor i saw didn't listen too me and was just rushing me i was trying to explain what was wrong and her keep butting in trying to tell me how i felt. i kept telling her no and she kept telling me that i wasn't having them feelings that i was having even tho i was. it takes a lot for me to get to the doctors and for her to not give me the time of day to listen and rush my appointment been told that if i still have the pain to come back in couple of weeks or A&e. basically felt... read more
Unwilling to help me due to staff bias and prejudice. I'm sure it's not all of them but for sure none of them are willing to put themselves out there and help. Unable to do blood tests for me and unable to help with my mental health after they refuse to help me. I was told by a member of staff that they can't do my blood tests because CQC told them so. That's not what the Care Quality Commission do, train your staff
