Always happy when I go to the vets
Very friendly staff
SCAM ARTISTS! Sold me human grade eye cream for £40. The same tube of cream is £2.47 on ebay and impossible to administer to a dog. Went to a different vet and got the correct eye drops. Haven then proceed to make a mistake on the billing and invoice to which they refer to a debt agency. Worst vet I have even dealt with. Don't bother with the pet plan because they don't like to issue the worming and flea treatment you have already paid for.
Always a warm and friendly welcome in Haven Llanelli when I go there, the staff are fab always make a fuss of Boyo, the vets are always caring and thorough, would definitely recommend Haven Vets.
