Recommend haven great staff and the vets are amazingly good
Customer service shocking, dont care about their customers despite having been with them for years.
1 star doesn’t even justify how this vets treated me and my rabbit, my rabbit went in for having problems with his teeth where they were continuously going to grow back, they specifically told us that he wouldn’t need a consultation as it is a reacurring problem. When I went there they were trying to charge us consultation fees which he didn’t have and also try to put him under anaesthesia which he also didn’t need. I had a vet call me one day telling me I should put my rabbit under anaesthesia because he was stressed the la... read more
