I have had no end with issues with haven vets. My dog went in for a routine spray directly after she was put under ready for operation, I received a call highlighting they were unable to complete spray due to unforeseen lumb identified I'm still struggling with the fact to why wasn't this identified as part of pre operation checks. Took my dog as he kept being sick , I can’t praise the staff enough , I’ve had bad experiences in the past but Roy the vet and the receptionists have given me faith in vets again , Roy was caring and took plenty of time to explain things which I needed as I was in such a state , thank u so much for being kind and caring ,
I took my guinea pig to Haven Vet as my usual vet had no appointments available. Guinea pig is bleeding from her lady bits. The locum vet I saw clearly did not know what was wrong or anything about guinea pigs. She checked her ears, eyes, heart and weight, everything except look at her lady bits. She suggested she was in season, piggies do not bleed during their cycle, or maybe she had been fighting or mating. She did suggest a UTI which i thought was more the case. I have just joined Haven vet as I have a new puppy and find ALL the team .. both reception and vet nurses so friendly and helpful. They answer ALL my questions and explain anything I am unclear of. Would definitely recommend!
