I had to bring my baby in for his vaccinations and the staff were absolutely amazing. I was extremely anxious at the thought of my baby having them but the staff couldnt have been more caring and kind towards us both. Thank you so much.

Called up at 8:30 for a possible UTI got told to come in and grab a sample pot no instructions on it but had a 10ml full line so I thought I had to fill it to that point. Waited untill 3:30 to be told I can drop a sample in, dropped it in waited to 5:45 no call back so I had to chase them got told there wasn't enough of a sample which clearly could of been avoided if I had been seen by someone and instructed on how much to fill it by.
