We were tenants for one year in Tottenham Hale and have recently moved out this month. Our experience has been awful with very sporadic communication, building works throughout the entire year, sending workmen over with no prior notice and consistent disturbances throughout the tenancy. My partner has recently moved out of rental in Tottenham is owed 2x gesture of good will and deposit back agent has gone very quite and is likely we are going to the property ombudsman. This is after be flexible with the agent allowing for viewings, keeping it show home ready, providing access for weeks of building works to be carried out. My friends were tenants and were treated awfully. They are owed multiple payments through gestures of good will, promised reduced rent and none have been fulfilled. Were very flexible during living there, allowed for viewings, construction in the house, keeping it show home standard and yet received very bad treatment. Not on.
Rude staff, unhelpful with rental issues, agreed a reduced rent amount as gesture of goodwill in writing then chased for full payment via an automated system and did nothing to amend the automated system when raised, treated us like idiots and then totally dropped communication when it came time to return deposit and other monies owed by previous gestures of goodwill due to their incompetence.
Have caused my friends real discomfort. They have just moved out from a rental in Tottenham and after going above and beyond for the landlord and the agent have been treated poorly and given bad advice are owed money from the landlord and the deposit back. Agent has gone quiet.
