Your process of referencing checks was quite fast, but I feel disappointed that the house was not ready for move-in, yet the move-in date was agreed upon, causing me to make a whole lot of changes in my arrangements.

I just had to write a review of Haus and specifically Emma Clarke a lettings consultant there. Over the last few weeks I’ve needed some help resolving issues with home and Emma has just gone above and beyond what i would have expected. She is knowledgable, tactful and supportive and made me feel like someone had my back. I literally cannot thank her enough and think she is an absolute asset to this great business. Highly, wonderfully happily recommended ! I said I cannot thank her enough but here’s another one … thank you !
