Absolute thieves. Stay away. Rude, incompetents, dishonest. List is too long. Why are these people allowed to stay in business Is a mystery. Thieves. Would give less than zero star if I could.
Truly the most despicable service. Failed to contact me for 4 years and then lumped legal fees on me. Totally unresponsive as a business and would warn you to do your business elsewhere.
Edit : Yes I agree the block comes with a lot of complexity due to it being a grade 2 listed building And it's repair history issuea. HOWEVER and this is the main thing to take notice of Haus knew all about this. We had hours of meetings with them before taking them on. They have wasted time and money since they've been out management agent and made the already bug issues worse. It's now the end of the financial year for 23/24 and we still haven't even seen our 22/23 accounts from them. Totally dodgy, incompetent and utterly... read more
Awful management service. Worked with them for 3 years and they were unable to fix basic issues in that time. We had 4 different block managers across the period, all of whom were awful at communicating and reluctant to help.
