I have had the pleasure of having Mary Grace as my letting manager for over a year now. She has been amazing. Always helpful, very prompt, affective and if ever there is an issue Mary actions it straight away ! I highly recommend Mary Grace. It makes it easy to know Mary Grace is at hand. I hadn't heard of Haus before I purchased a flat in a block they managed. For the last 6 months, including during the purchasing process, they were impossible to get hold of. I'm concerned they aren't in business anymore because they've not responded to any of my emails or calls for over a month. Any correspondence appears to be automated and is sent to the previous owner. Just bizarre. I've called them 3 times today to discuss an urgent issue - the phone just rings off, no explanation. My review should read zero stars - they don't deserve the one. We've not had any responses to any of our queries over the last six months, no information or confirmation of details upon purchase of our property, and right after being informed we had a new Property Manager, we received an automated response that he had left the company.
