Completely hopeless, utterly incompetent as a building management company… avoid
truly awful service, try to report issues and phone continuously rings out. Avoid any of their buildings like the plague, take forever to get anything done, and don't treat issues with severity at all. Always issues with the building. People who are sub-par at their jobs at the very least with no pride
i ordered a fob - which they made me pay upfront for (£50) and sent it to me 3 weeks late and faulty - it has since been 6 weeks of me chasing to get it a working one and i cannot get hold of them on the portal, emails or phone !!! unacceptable to take this long and then send a faulty one that doesn't work!!! Absolute disgrace

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. I AM A LANDLORD OF 25 PROPERTIES FOR 30 YEARS & HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH APALLING SERVICE & BEHAVIOUR. HAUS ARE COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT & CRIMINALLY USE HARASSMENT TECHNIQUES & THREATS TO ABUSE TEHIR CLIENTS. FOR 6 MONTHS THEY HAVE ACCUSED ME OF OWING SERVICE & INSURANCE CHARGES. EACH TIME I PROVIDE PROOF OF PAYMENT EVEN THO THIS IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION AND THEY REFUSE TO SEND ME INVOICES.
