I've been using Haulage Exchange for about two months now and so far, the experience has been great. Everything has gone smoothly and I haven't run into any issues. A huge number of insolvent clients, for 1.5 years of use we did not receive about 20,000 pounds due to the bankruptcy of clients, there are no mechanisms for collecting debts from participants, unlike other exchanges, we are leaving.

Shame the customer aftermarket is not as keen as the sales team. Absolute sham and if they was providing transport I would be surprised if they was in business.

Very bad experiance. They will hound you to make payment £3000 inc vat or plus vat depending which salesman gets you on the phone. Then once paid they tell you be 24 hours to be live. Due to a fault of their stupid system it wouldn’t verify the case handler was useless asked for a mew one on numerous occasions which i was ignored. Then once i finally told them about themselves they have blocked my account before it even went live. Kept the money and won’t refund and ignoring phone calls and messages. Absolute conmen.
