Refused to give my premature newborn son milk because he wasn’t registered yet. Takes weeks to book an appointment. I informed them that I have changed address and told them which pharmacy to send it to. They completely ignored me and have sent to my old pharmacy which is too far for me to get to. I am schizophrenic and I need my medication also when I requested my medication they said it is not ready to be prescribed yet and I had to get a professional to email them and ask them to write me a prescription. Disgusting staff.
Receptionist are useless and unprofessional. Messed up my sons appointment dates
Very rude doctor kept cutting me off while I tried to explain my situation. Didn't want to help. Dared to ask personal information about my living arrangements and who pays for it. Im a stroke patient and these people don't know how to deal with vulnerable people. I explained to the doctor he is going too fast for me and slow down and to listen to me but to no avail.
