The letting agent seemed uninterested in us from the start of the viewing and we did not feel welcome. I feel I should have expected to be blanked after emailing our offer and leaving a voice mail but it was a demoralising experience nonetheless. Would not recommend at all especially if you are first-time renters or coming out of student housing. It feels very unprofessional to lack the courtesy to follow up with potential tenants.
Moved out of a rented property at the end of March and I am still waiting for my deposit back. Avoid.
I recently had a disappointing experience with Hatton homes and the house letting agent / Director, Michelle. I had booked a viewing before Christmas with the viewing date set for the first week of the new year. However, on the day of the scheduled viewing, I received an email notifying me that all viewings were fully booked, and I would be informed about the property's availability later. Booked a viewing with Michelle to view a property at 1:30PM, turned up 5 minutes early and nobody was there to show us the property. My girlfriend that had arranged the viewing spoke to the letting agent who apologised and admitted she had mixed up the times and the actual viewing was at 1PM. We then asked if she could do the viewings anyway, to which she refused.
