Had an appointment cancelled right on the last minute .called to try and rearrange as I work but no I have to wait until they send one out ymthat I might hacmve to rearrange .Absolutely doesn't make sense
My daughter suffers with epilepsy, she tried to phone the doctors to book an appointment as she is feeling tired all the time since she has been put on new medication, she was told she had to book an appointment online. The online app always says no appointments available no matter what time she trys to book one. She has since had 2 seizures, luckily not the ones where she doesn't come out of them on her own. Also she has been with this practice a few months now and hasn't even been given an epilepsy nurse yet.
Booking an appointment is a difficult and convoluted process. Phoned today off the back of a text which nobody seems to have a log of being sent, was then redirected to the online booking service which is inconvenient after already making a call and being on hold
The new online traige system is an absolute waste of time every time you go on it, it say unable to do this at this time. What a joke. The doctor wants to see me for test results and I have to go online for an appointment what's that all about. Why can't they just give me an appointment. So now I have to wait days to get to see a doctor. I just don't understand it's crazy.
Do not come to this doctors. Try Brooke surgery in Hyde or somewhere else. Just in the last week they lost a important letter from hospital and if i'd not chased it up a really important referral to another hospital wouldn't have occurred and even after then i had to resend the letter to Hattersley doctors as they didn't have it even after being given the physical letter and a photo sent in reply to doctor.
