Our second visit. Ordered two chairs. Nice environment and many lovely products. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful in a non pushy way - in contrast to many other (chain) furniture retailers. As to the review by 'Blah Blah' - after working in retail in many roles for many years it's my experience that it's the rudest people that are most critical of retail staff - who they know cannot respond. I would recommend Hatters wholeheartedly.
This was our second visit to Hatters in Bedford and again we didn’t have a good experience. It’s full of lovely things and displayed wonderfully BUT the staff are so, so rude! It really lets the shop down. We have on both times been made to feel uncomfortable, not welcome within this shop.
Great choice of furniture with very knowledgeable and helpful staff
Had Karndean flooring supplied and fitted. Hatters have been absolutely brilliant, from the initial discussion of the work and quotation stage, through to installation, keeping us informed throughout. The fitters Wayne and Piere did a fantastic job and we were very happy with the end result. Will definitely go to Hatters for future home renovation projects.
