We recently worked with Hathaway's Estate Agents and couldn’t be happier with the service from start to finish. The team are knowledgeable, proactive and genuinely care about getting the best result for their clients. Communication was clear and consistent throughout, and we always felt informed and supported at every stage of the process. What really stood out was their personal approach. You deal with the same people throughout.
Genuinely the worst experience I have ever had with an estate agent. We lived in squalor for the first 2 weeks as cleaning and renovations hadn’t been organised for between tenancies leaving the place full of mould and dust. Lived with a hole in the roof for the entire tenancy despite being promised a fix on day 1. Every repair we needed throughout the tenancy was either completed late or shoddily or both including for critical repairs such as leaks. Everyone at Hathaways has been exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable about the properties, the area, the demand for housing in Oxford, and very responsible on queries and going the extra mile to make the process smooth, fuss free, friction-free with the seller.
