Shout out to Hatchett Hyundia!!!! This is the second car we bought from them and it was a great experience. Craig helped us two years ago with Dylan's Veloster and Austin helped us last night with Sidney Shank's Sonata. I highly recommend them.
Thought I would share my couple experiences with Hatchett. I have been in twice to inquire about cars. My wife and I both needed to upgrade our Vehicles. We were unsure about who was going to go "first", so we made 2 trips. We spoke to Bill Stout both times. One about a Sonata, and the other about a Sante Fe. I found a rare used car there, and we were able to make a deal. I had a problem with the title that made it illegal for me to drive it, so Hatchett gave me a loaner car for the weekend. The person that traded in the car didn't properly sign the title. It wasn't Hatchett's fault.
The service department is awesome. They always know who I am and treat me like family. I had a flat on Friday and brought vehicle in after work they worked me in with no questions asked. They had me on my way good as new in a short period of time and even washed vehicle for me. Please stay a great group that's what keeps me coming back
My husband saw a car on the website and inquired about it. We told them we had $1000.00 to put down on the car. We set up an appointment. We drove 25 minutes the next day to meet our sales guy who was not even there. The car we were looking at had high miles and we were ok with that. The rep we spoke with did not disclose to us that the bank would not finance this car because it had high miles. According to them they were only selling the car outright. Bought the car new They were kind. My car has been a good and reliable car. there they do good and reputable work there. A nice relaxing lounge Coffee as you wait for repairs. They have been honest that is very important to me. I return for the honest work.
