They are really great to work with in the beginning. However, when things do not work out in their favor they will try to scam you out of more money after the contract has been signed. Spoke to corporate about my situation and was told it would all be ok. However, the dealership will not honor corporate policy.
RecommendedThis is our 5th purchase from Hatchett Hyundai West! Craig Keith has sold us 4 of the 5 vehicles. Everyone has become family there. The customer service is phenomenal! Everyone there goes out of their way to make sure we are taken care of, no matter what we need! We are very loyal to Hatchett Hyundai West, and appreciate all they do to make our car buying experience fast, easy, and highly affordable. Steve and Cindy Rademacher
