I have first hand experience with this car dealership. I bought my car used in 2019 had front-end issues from the start fixed all issues well under warranty. 2 day before warranty ran out I took it in for check engine light on. Got told it wasn't on when dropped off. But I know it was on it had been on constant for 6 months. Three days after taking it in and 2 day after warranty ran out check engine light came back on. Reached out to the dealership on a Friday via Cargurus then via phone got told the car was available, Called the dealership again on Saturday morning and it was still available, Made a 3 hour trip when I got to the dealership I was told vehicle had been sold pending financial approval.
5 different times I asked for pictures of the actual car. After finally calling back due to garbled emails they kept sending it was finally let out that they don’t even have the car.

A 2017 Elantra was purchased by my husband from Hatchett Hyundai West, He added gap and an extended warranty. The car was totaled in September.2021. He went to get a refund for the gap and warranty not used. Eric ***** was to have sent the paper work in 3 weeks ago. My husband went in today and found that he had not filed the request. He was told he needed to provide a total loss statement, power of attorney papers and a statement showing the loan was paid off. I was told, by the finance guy Eric, when I got the car that I had 11 days to switch my insurance over and that the insurance would cover from when I purchased the vehicle to 30 days after that. However, I had my catalytic converter stolen before I switched over my insurance and now I'm out $1500 because my insurance is refusing to cover it. And I wish they would tell you that whatever insurance you had on your old car is what would be applied to your new car for the first 30 days until your new premium kicks in. This is bad... read more
