I love it very much. Bought my third car from them and never had problems with my car
We had a terrible experience here last Saturday, they low balled my trade in under KBB "rough trade" value it's.....it's not a rough trade, AT ALL!!!!! Then when I inquired about why it I was so low they had Billy some finance manager talk to me and told that I needed to educate myself about cars....and was very rude to me. I would never do any business with this dealership or any other Schofield dealership. These guys are crooks and a joke!
We're about to make our 3rd trip to Scholfield Hyundai West in the past two weeks - they have yet to fix our 2008 Santa Fe, but are more than happy to take your cash (we're in about $800 so far) and install a bunch of new parts that you probably don't need. It's service like this that gives dealerships a bad name.
Kudos to Danny Spurgeon for being awesome and taking care of me.
