Fun place on the water, food is pretty good, great atmosphere
The views are spectacular.....the service and food not so much. Hopefully when the new addition opens things will improve....because it really is a great venue.

This is the second time writing this review. Terrible service. Lots of staff talking to each other. Order was wrong, When we complained we were told "have a nice day". So we said cancel the order as we wanted to eat WITH our grandson here from out of town. They then charged our bank AGAIN rather than refund our money. Now I have to file a dispute with our bank. Happy summer. By the way, food was better under old regime. Not as fancy, but better.
Poor customer service. Unprofessional staff. I'd rather pack a lunch.
It,s a nice place to visit.. BUT that,s it............... I wont pay the prices they want.. they are taking advantage of folks just wanting to enjoy the weather and the View.... I enjoy the views so much.. and then I LEAVE ... and go enjoy my FOOD, and ICE CREAM.... somewhere else.. there are ALOT of us ... they cannot afford these crazy prices.......
People can complain all they want about the Hatch.. I love this place a lot of ambience and food is good..
The Hatch went from old & dingy but a good place for a burger & ice cream, to very clean, very overpriced and very mediocre food(when new operator took over last summer). Anything the city is involved in is always one step forward, two steps back.
