RecommendedI love this place because it’s family friendly and by the water . I go almost every Saturday evening around 7-8. They do have DJ’S on Saturdays-which is awesome but some of the DJ’S only play the music THEY want not what the crowd wants. It sucks at times!
Went there on a Thursday afternoon visit to canalside. Ordered a couple of burgers after we were told the chicken “would take too long to cook.” Waited 35 minutes and still no food. Numbers were being called that were well after ours. Five people working the kitchen and one on the counter. Was not busy at all...finally asked for a refund and went to Big Ditch Brewery For about the same price and way better experience. Eating my leftovers as I type. This place needs management STAT.

Went there with several older friends this morning, a guy named Louis was so helpful. But the small guy cook, was swearing, using the "f" word in front of us and families with small children. The dark haired girl was asked three times to make coffee, finally Louis had to do it. He is such an exemplary worker, the other two were useless. ...My group goes to many places during the summer, for next year we decided to go elsewhere...
First and last time going to this place. Wish I had checked the reviews first. Food was overpriced and service was awful. Two cooks and still took 31 minutes to get our order. Good thing there are other places to grab a bite to eat on the waterfront.
Went last evening, when we got in line at 6:25pm there was only one person ahead of me. We placed our order and waited and waited and waited. They are calling numbers that were after us. After 15 min, I asked about our order and was told that they process the good in order they are received. Cannot understand if order 262 was just served their food why we haven't received our order which was 248. The kitchen staff was dancing and singing to the music, most were just standing around. I love sitting by the hatch outside bar having a few cold ones. Very friendly bartender Roberto and all the rest of the staff we had contact with. Good music and great scenery...just being by the water.

Just went for ice cream. We were over charged for our ice cream by $5 . They would not give us our $5. Instead we were told to go to the end of the long line we had already stood in by the cash register where they took orders and ask for the refund there. I said no and asked for the manager but the girl would not get her and just ignored us. We waited by the last window and no manager and no $5. They just ignored us. Won't be going again....
