Completely disgusting. Stopped there with my 5yr old son earlier today and paid $20 for two hotdogs and an order of fries. So right there completely overpriced. Got our food at separate times because they couldn't read a meal ticket and acted surprised when I said no we had two hotdogs also. So now they hand us these two badly over grilled hotdogs. I use to work there as a cook anything on the grill has been sitting on the counter warm from the grill all day when us employees got our lunch and wanted a burger or something from the grill we went back and got it from the freezer our selfs
Had a terrible meal at The Hatch this evening. Ordered a regular hot dog and got a foot long. The onion rings were charcoal broiled. (Almost black). The hot dog was the worst hot dog I ever had. Believe it or not it tasted like water. Rebecca ordered a foot long and did receive a foot long, but it tasted horrible. Don't know how Rebecca's French fries were. She didn't get that far. Great view. Food wasn't too good. Hamburger was leather. Italian sausage had no taste. Staff was great.
The coastline walk and the view was so beautiful and pleasant. Loved it.
Roast beef sandwiches were excellent, tasty and tender! Wife did not care for the fries, too peppery for her.
Stopped there last night to grab a bite to eat before checking out the duck. The place was quite busy and the girl who took our order was a bit overwhelmed. The 3 of us placed our order and was told to wait off to the side for our food. 31 minutes later and 2 requests later, we finally got our food. Onion rings were way over cooked and the folks working were not overly enthusiastic! Very disappointing!
Though we ignorantly walked into this establishment at the last minute, which was a few minutes before 10:00 pm, which is when they close apparently. Which is surprising seeing as it is a Saturday and the ice-cream shop on the other side is open until 2:00am. We wouldn't have if we knew how we'd be treated. My fiance got a burger and sweet potato fries which the person who took the order put in wrong. Terrible Cajun Fish Taco - wrapped like a burrito. Lots of lettuce, and very little cheese, tomato, and fish. Didn't even taste the Cajun! Over priced at $9.00. Too much flour tortilla, but at least the tortilla filled me up.
