A few weeks ago my lower back was in so much pain I could hardly move. I phoned the Bexhill practice but they were fully booked so the helpful lady suggested their Hastings practice and thank goodness she did! I was under the care of Bahman, a multi skillful yet gentle osteopath who used a variety of techniques all which targeted the strained area of my back and when finished I was moving without pain again.
